Everything was amazing, met expectations, and the staff were wonderfully friendly people with the service at the Hotel. Its location in Bromsgrove was particularly good, close enough to Bromsgrove centre, a tapas restaurant in the town centre, and communal areas. Food in the grill restaurant was fabulous. We enjoyed staying here and will be back.

We had a lovely time staying in this hotel. The location was beautiful, surrounded by nature. We enjoyed sitting in the beer garden, eating dinner and taking in the peaceful ambiance. The restaurant, Flavours Indian restaurant in Bromsgrove, was a pleasant experience with delicious food. Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and provided good service. The breakfast in the morning was satisfying and had a decent variety of options.
The pool being closed during our stay was a disappointment.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was in a nice quiet area that offered beautiful views and walks. The service provided by the staff was excellent, from the friendly and efficient receptionist to the helpful and courteous waitstaff. The room was spotless and well-stocked, and we appreciated the amenities such as the in-room safe, tea and coffee facilities, and sitting area. The hotel also had a great range of facilities, including an indoor pool and gym, which added to our overall comfort and enjoyment.
We were slightly disappointed with the food service at the bar, as there was a delay in receiving our order and the sandwiches we ordered via room service took quite some time to arrive, causing the bread to go stale. Additionally, we found that there could have been more staff available during busy times, especially when there was a function happening at the hotel. However, despite these minor inconveniences, we had a pleasant stay and would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

Well, it was a really good stay for an another visit. The setting was stunning, close enough to Flavours Indian restaurant, Bromsgrove and the beer garden eating dinner. Also, National Trust was 4 km away from the hotel.

I had a really great stay at the Holiday Inn in Bromsgrove. The value for money was fantastic and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and the staff treated me like a VIP.

Loved it from the moment we entered, recommend this place. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, though everything was perfectly fine. The breakfast had plenty of tasty food and drinks. The service was all in all good. The pool was lovely and there was a pretty good restaurant on site.

Perfectly clean and appealing accom with perfect location close to public areas, Solihull and the restaurant was like. The service in general was very good. Not to mention excellent wifi!
